Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product’s design system and UX patterns across the application.
- Build product interfaces connecting users to AI agents and underlying data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent-generated outputs.
- Conduct user research with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and iterate on features.
- Use usability testing and user feedback to inform design decisions.
Requirements
- 1–7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- Experience building workflow-driven interfaces involving human review, exception handling, or approval steps.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Interest in AI-agent products and designing trustworthy experiences for automated outputs.
