Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to understand problems and inform engineering decisions.
Design and ship end-to-end full-stack solutions from discovery through production.
Own zero-to-one initiatives including dunning workflows and customer portal re-engineering.
Solve energy-retail problems involving billing, procurement, customer retention, and cost optimization.
Use AI-native development tools to accelerate engineering impact.
Prioritize initiatives and decide what to build, skip, or discontinue.
Shape engineering culture, tooling, and processes and help raise the hiring bar.

At least 2 years of software engineering experience shipping end-to-end full-stack products to production.
Demonstrable ownership of zero-to-one problems from discovery through production.
Strong full-stack capabilities and the ability to independently own entire systems.
Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools.
Experience with billing, procurement, retention, or cost-optimization problems in energy retail or a comparable consumer-facing domain.
Experience influencing engineering culture, tooling, and processes in an early-stage team.
High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity at high velocity.
Preferred: contributions to core products in high-engineering-bar environments or notable open-source projects.
