Responsibilities
- Build and operate user-facing fraud detection and prevention services, including workflows for AI-based inputs, fraud annotation, and late order cancellations.
- Develop accessible, internationalized, form-heavy React experiences using TypeScript, MUI, React Hook Form, Zod, and Vite.
- Translate user and customer feedback into usable workflows with clear validation, resilient error states, and discoverable data interactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business context, implement solutions, and measure success against criteria such as customer feedback.
- Design and implement secure, compliant orchestration processes and workflows that meet non-functional requirements and regulatory constraints including GDPR and DORA.
- Own the full software lifecycle, including automated testing, production delivery, documentation, knowledge sharing, and workflow automation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing frontend systems with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Ability to write well-structured, observable, and maintainable code covered by automated tests and released in small, safe iterations.
- Ability to communicate clearly with product managers and engineering peers, resolve ambiguity, and solve complex technical challenges.
- Customer-centric, pragmatic, proactive, and self-driven approach with a focus on tangible business value and continuous learning.
- Willingness to provide constructive code-review feedback and share knowledge.
- Experience with Vite, Zod, complex state-management libraries, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, regulated environments, or engineering documentation initiatives is preferred.
