Responsibilities
- Lead customer conversations and translate customer insights into product features, requirements, and technology strategy.
- Design and build full-stack applications across the frontend and backend.
- Advance the product’s AI capabilities using LLM design patterns, vector stores, semantic search, and model fine-tuning.
- Transition demos and prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Shape the product direction, technical architecture, and broader company strategy.
- Make pragmatic system-design and scope decisions in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
- Full-stack development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable products from MVP through production.
- Ability to lead customer conversations and translate feedback into product requirements.
- Startup or early-stage company experience and comfort with fast iteration and ambiguity.
- Strong system-design ability and practical judgment around scope, constraints, and avoiding over-engineering.
- Experience with vector databases or semantic search is a plus.
