Responsibilities
- Design and build the agentic AI infrastructure underpinning the core product.
- Ship production AI use cases for document processing and research automation in live tax advisory workflows.
- Own AI infrastructure end-to-end, including architecture decisions, tooling choices, and deployment.
- Iterate on features and reliability using feedback from advisory teams.
Requirements
- 3 to 10+ years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping production-ready features.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and tool use without low-code tools.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals; NestJS and/or React experience is a strong plus.
- Product-minded approach focused on business outcomes rather than model benchmarks alone.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or document processing is a plus.
- Background in tax, legal, accounting, or professional services is a plus.
- Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary range of 60,000 to 120,000 EUR annually.
- On-site work in Berlin, Germany with regular in-person presence; remote work is not available.
