Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM-based agentic workflows with structured tool usage, workflow orchestration, and secure internal-service interaction through Model Context Protocol.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Context-Augmented Generation pipelines, including context management, ranking, grounding, and low-latency retrieval.
- Build real-time, streaming Speech-to-Speech pipelines and reduce latency while preserving natural conversational flow.
- Create and maintain automated QA and evaluation modules using LLM-as-a-judge patterns to measure accuracy, safety, latency, and resolution quality.
- Integrate and operate commercial and open-source foundation models, selecting models based on performance, latency, cost, and use-case requirements.
Requirements
- Advanced Python and/or Java development skills, including asynchronous programming, production-grade services, and preferably streaming architectures.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems with multi-step workflows, stateful agents, and tool invocation.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph, particularly for stateful, multi-turn agents.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, semantic search, embeddings, re-ranking, and RAG pipeline design.
- Experience designing real-time, low-latency systems using streaming APIs, event-driven architectures, and performance optimization.
- Experience implementing evaluation frameworks, automated QA pipelines, and LLM-as-a-judge patterns.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and OAuth2.
