Responsibilities
- Lead customer conversations and translate insights into product features and technical strategy.
- Design, build, and ship full-stack applications with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Advance AI capabilities through LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Transition the product from prototype and demo mode into a scalable, high-quality production system.
- Shape the product roadmap, architecture decisions, and overall company direction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
- Full-stack development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable products from MVP through production.
- Ability to lead customer conversations and convert feedback into clear product requirements.
- Strong system-design skills involving scope, constraints, and trade-offs.
- Experience in startup or early-stage environments with pragmatic architectural judgment.
- Broad product-engineering range rather than specialization solely in ML, data, or frontend.
- Experience with vector databases, semantic search, or transitioning prototypes to production is a bonus.
