Responsibilities
- Review feature requirements and technical outlines with customers, business teams, and product teams.
- Create structured test plans and test cases to identify software problems.
- Apply testing processes to new and existing features.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases.
- Track quality assurance metrics.
- Analyze server log files and databases to investigate errors.
- Stay current with testing tools, test strategies, and methodologies.
- Support user acceptance assessments when needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience deriving test plans and test cases from functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- Solid scripting knowledge.
- Technical engineering degree or comparable qualifications/experience.
- ISTQB or a related certification is preferred.
- Fluent English and an open, proactive mindset.
