Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Experiment with new agentic techniques for search, discovery, and context management.
- Design and implement architecture for scalable search and indexing pipelines.
- Deploy AI applications to real customers.
- Build and maintain experimentation tooling.
Requirements
- Experience building and measuring high-quality search and recommendation systems.
- Experience getting AI/ML capabilities into production.
- Enthusiasm for applying AI to real business problems.
- Understanding of core MLOps/SW Architecture concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with JS/TS.
- Experimentalist mindset for quick iteration and critical thinking.
- Interest in data space and building empowering tools.
- Experience maintaining high quality in design, correctness, and testing.
