Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of technically complex and business-critical projects.
- Collaborate closely with design, operations, data science, and medical professionals.
- Work with the CTO to evolve engineering strategy and improve building processes.
- Help shape technical direction and product decisions as a core team member.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in building and scaling complex software systems.
- Deep expertise in backend development using modern technologies, particularly Python.
- Familiarity with managing production-scale infrastructure within AWS.
- Comfortable working across the stack and owning projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their application to real-world problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
