Responsibilities
- Own technically complex and business-critical projects.
- Collaborate with design, operations, data science, and medical professionals to deliver impactful product experiences.
- Work with the CTO to evolve engineering strategy and improve development practices.
- Shape technical direction and product decisions as a core member of a small, high-performing team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience and a track record of building and scaling complex software systems.
- Deep backend development expertise using Python and familiarity with production-scale infrastructure on AWS.
- Ability to work across the stack and own projects end to end from idea through launch and scale.
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and the ability to apply AI/ML to real-world problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in health technology or communication tools is a bonus.
- Spanish fluency is a bonus.
