Responsibilities
- Design, code, and review multiple business-critical Java application modules.
- Lead application systems analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, and model development.
- Analyze complex application and business process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and assess system functionality and business usage.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and install or support customer-facing systems.
- Coach and mentor newer or lower-level analysts on the technical and functional aspects of the application.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior stakeholders and team members while operating with limited supervision.
Requirements
- 7–11 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Proficiency with GenAI offerings such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Devin, Gemini, and Claude.
- Knowledge of wholesale lending, particularly Collateral Management, is relevant to the techno-functional leadership role.
