Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain applications to meet user and business requirements.
- Program, configure, test, and deploy fixes and updates for application releases.
- Provide application support and respond to user requests and support needs.
- Review, analyze, and prioritize incident tickets and user requests.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business partners, and technical teams to align configurations with standards and project goals.
- Manage software vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects 3 or more years of experience.
- Functional experience or exposure to SAP PLM is preferred.
- Experience in process industry environments is preferred.
- Experience with Specifications, Recipes, Engineering Records, Document Management (DMS), and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes is preferred.
- Understanding of SAP PLM integrations with upstream and downstream systems is preferred.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and support functional configurations is preferred.
- Experience working with SAP technical teams, including ABAP developers, is preferred.
- Familiarity with PLM data concepts and lifecycle processes is preferred.
- Effective collaboration across business, functional, and technical teams is preferred.
