Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM technology ecosystem as a platform owner.
- Support global CRM teams with the technical aspects of campaign delivery.
- Develop expertise in Salesforce Developer Experience and CRM engineering mechanics.
- Translate campaign goals from non-technical stakeholders into technical solutions.
- Manage Hightouch data flows and help ensure platform scalability and reliability.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results from start to finish.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms and a logical problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to learn marketing technology and tools such as Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex ideas to non-technical colleagues.
- Collaborative approach with internal and external partners.
- Organization and responsibility in managing workload and projects.
- Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to ask questions.
- Fluency in English for global collaboration and technical documentation.
