Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and own Taktile's internal AI roadmap.
- Track market trends and evaluate new AI tools for potential adoption.
- Build internal tools and agents that integrate with Taktile's SaaS stack.
- Identify and scale automation opportunities across business units.
- Run workshops and sessions to drive AI adoption among teams.
- Partner with Security and IT on governance and access control.
Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, operations, or a similar senior role.
- Ability to write and review production-grade Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling and AI frameworks.
- Strong program management skills in complex environments.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
