Base Salary
$240k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and initial evaluation through deployment.
- Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content ranging from engineering deep dives to executive-focused business value discussions.
- Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for measuring Claude performance in their use cases.
- Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other audiences.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Strong collaboration, mentoring, teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
