Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, implement, support, and improve software components across the software stack.
- Analyze systems, data usage, work processes, and complex software issues to determine root causes and implement practical solutions.
- Produce clean, efficient code; review and debug code; automate tasks; and develop and monitor CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform validation and verification testing in accordance with quality standards.
- Drive software change and release management processes and monitor systems for continuous improvement.
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, flowcharts, code comments, progress reports, and timelines.
- Collaborate with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors.
- Support and develop junior software engineers through advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
- Assist with task planning and estimation for the team.
