Responsibilities
- Design and implement Ads products in collaboration with product managers.
- Build microservices, distributed systems, interactive ad backends, campaign measurement systems, and supporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate with platform and data teams while developing new features.
- Improve operational stability through better code quality, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Build extensible components aligned with product objectives.
- Support project management through project updates, timeline management, and execution oversight.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Java, Scala, Go, C++, or Python.
- Ability to independently code and take complete ownership of a feature or project.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb engineering best practices, and contribute effectively as part of an engineering team.
- Experience working in the Ads domain and interest in advertising or understanding of customer needs are bonus qualifications.
