Responsibilities
- Architect complex CMS structures for scalability.
- Build responsive, pixel-perfect web experiences from design mockups.
- Implement custom code to enhance site functionality.
- Connect CMS to marketing automation and AI tools.
- Optimize site architecture and technical SEO for better search rankings.
- Maximize Core Web Vitals through performance optimization techniques.
- Own projects from conception to launch, managing workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for high-converting pages.
- Mentor internal teams on CMS best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in CMS development, preferably Webflow.
- Portfolio showcasing complex CMS structures and high-performance sites.
- Expertise in front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with CDN technologies like Cloudflare or CloudFront.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/AEO and its impact on site architecture.
- Fluency in Figma for seamless design-to-build transitions.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and user journey mapping.
- Technical acumen for system architecture and API integrations.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional collaboration.
