Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications using Calypso.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with Calypso software.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering business value through technology.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
