Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using Java or Go.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and participate in code reviews.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under mentor guidance.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in the development environment.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team discussions.
- Document code and contribute to technical documentation.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected in 2027 or 2028.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Proficiency in Java or Go; familiarity with both is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
- Preferred: experience with Git, familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, understanding of database technologies and SQL, exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of identity and access management concepts.
