Base Salary
$155k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the impact of AI on children's education.
- Own AI systems and features end-to-end, from product opportunities to production improvements.
- Collaborate with learning experts and engineers to build measurement infrastructure.
- Design and improve the agent harness for Ello's tutoring experience.
- Develop learner profiling and adaptation systems for personalized instruction.
- Create feedback loops to continuously enhance product quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building AI products in engineering or research roles.
- Strong software engineering skills with clean Python code practices.
- Experience in building and operating evaluation or measurement systems.
- Comfortable with experimental thinking and improving non-deterministic products.
- Understanding of machine learning foundations and ability to implement parts of the stack.
- Active curiosity about leveraging AI in engineering workflows.
