Base Salary

$220k - $260k/yr

Responsibilities

Own and accelerate the existing internal AI talent acquisition platform from v1 toward full automation
Build LLM-powered pipelines for sourcing, resume screening, and candidate evaluation
Design and ship AI-conducted interviews, structured screening flows, scoring rubrics, and evaluation logic
Integrate the recruiting platform with ATS, scheduling, and communication tools
Own architecture, data models, prompt and evaluation design, performance, and reliability decisions end-to-end
Work directly with the CEO’s office and talent team to deliver rapid, high-impact improvements

At least 3 years of software engineering experience, at the SWE II or Senior level, with production systems personally built and owned
Strong applied AI and LLM engineering experience, including prompt engineering, evaluations, and agentic architectures
Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
Experience automating end-to-end workflows using pipelines, integrations, and robust edge-case handling
Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier program
Self-directed and decisive, with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and close loops independently
Based in San Francisco and committed to working in the office five days per week
Bonus: experience building recruiting, HR technology, or adopted internal tooling
