Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend code and command-line interfaces using Python and C++.
- Refactor legacy scripts for reliable execution across Linux and Windows WSL2 environments.
- Use JSON, XML, and YAML to support data interoperability between simulation tools.
- Write automated validation scripts and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve internal developer-tool usability through exception handling, clear error messages, and fix hints.
- Write unit tests and assist with automated stress testing of software packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong foundational skills in Python and/or C++.
- Comfort working in Linux and Windows command-line environments, including familiarity with WSL.
- Familiarity with Git and basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Basic knowledge of configuration files and data structures such as YAML and JSON.
- Basic knowledge of EDA tools, SystemC, or hardware simulation workflows.
- Experience writing Bash scripts or working with build automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and interest in improving developer tools.
