Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation design with customers and support external implementation partners.
- Advise customers on Coupa best practices using industry knowledge.
- Lead and support customer design workshops throughout the implementation journey.
- Support design reviews and collaborate with Product Management on product strategy.
- Manage customer relationships, including potential travel for up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, procurement, or product implementation.
- Foundational understanding of Procurement Solutions and associated business processes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to configure and deliver software while adhering to established methodologies.
- Proactive in seeking mentorship and learning opportunities.
