Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement customer-focused features across frontend and backend environments.
- Design database schemas, build backend APIs, and create intuitive frontend experiences.
- Apply and innovate with the latest artificial intelligence techniques.
- Lead performance optimization initiatives while ensuring code quality, scalability, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, sales, and customer success teams to incorporate customer and prospect feedback.
- Drive projects from conception through completion and iteration with a founder’s mindset.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience, with strong JavaScript skills and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Experience with AI model integration and strong interest in AI and machine learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clean, efficient coding practices.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and value diverse perspectives.
- Prior startup or fast-paced technology experience is a plus.
