Base Salary

$170k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement customer-focused features across frontend and backend environments.
  • Design database schemas, build backend APIs, and create intuitive frontend experiences.
  • Apply and innovate with the latest artificial intelligence techniques.
  • Lead performance optimization initiatives while ensuring code quality, scalability, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, sales, and customer success teams to incorporate customer and prospect feedback.
  • Drive projects from conception through completion and iteration with a founder’s mindset.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of full-stack development experience, with strong JavaScript skills and familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining scalable web applications.
  • Experience with AI model integration and strong interest in AI and machine learning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clean, efficient coding practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and value diverse perspectives.
  • Prior startup or fast-paced technology experience is a plus.
