Base Salary
$121k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Java- and Python-based applications for mortgage trading, quantitative analytics, workflows, and reporting.
- Partner with business, risk, product, and cross-functional technology teams to integrate platforms and enable enhancements, products, and process improvements.
- Manage analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, debugging, and production-readiness activities.
- Provide user and operational support to business users and resolve complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Apply AI and GenAI capabilities to modernize workflows, automate analysis, and generate insights.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or junior analysts and act as a subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Extensive knowledge of Java, Python, and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment and autonomy.
