Base Salary
$50k - $55k/yr
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients during the software implementation phase to translate their business needs to functional areas of the platform.
- Lead the technical solution architecture for mid-sized and enterprise accounts.
- Validate and organize large sets of data.
- Attend weekly client meetings and contribute as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to report on and resolve product enhancements, bugs, and support requests throughout the implementation process.
- Lead implementation discovery, setup and configuration of their product.
- Create and update internal documentation regarding best practices and procedures.
- Train colleagues on updates and assist in training new team members.
- Periodically assist team members in other departments with support cases.
- Attend product prioritization, stakeholder and update meetings; assist in UAT for product releases.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience implementing software within a professional services organization.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with JIRA / Confluence.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Project management experience.
- College diploma.
