Base Salary
$62k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and secure container platforms and container management software for client environments.
- Build and support AWS DevOps tools and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Build container images and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code environments, automated configurations, large-scale software deployments, monitoring, and testing.
- Manage tools deployed with Helm and use Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for automation.
- Develop and support custom applications in production environments.
- Recommend resources and inform strategy and design for secure container adoption and cloud platform development.
- Evaluate and mitigate or resolve container security vulnerability findings.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with AWS Cloud, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- At least 4 years of experience with containerization, image building, and Kubernetes deployment orchestration.
- At least 4 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code environments and automated configurations, deployments, monitoring, or testing.
- At least 3 years of experience managing Helm-deployed tools and using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and supporting custom applications in production.
- Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, storage solutions, and container security technologies.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within six months of hire.
- Preferred experience includes automation for user experience improvements; Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby scripting; JSON, REST, and XML system integration; JSON, YAML, or XML configuration; OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model or DevSecOps Maturity Model; and cloud certifications.
