Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Guide multiple teams through the full software development lifecycle and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Set and enforce development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support team members in developing their skills and professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 15 years working with Kinaxis.
- Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to ensure software code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Skills in setting development standards, applying best practices, problem-solving, and delivering innovative technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
