Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust MCP servers for AI agents interacting with Salesforce services.
- Decompose data structures of Salesforce, Zuora, and ServiceNow to build effective schemas.
- Develop multi-agent collaboration frameworks for autonomous workflows.
- Build and refine high-performance RAG architectures and secure REST API integrations.
- Guide the strategy for decentralized agent networks and AI interactions with enterprise tech.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering with proficiency in Python and JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
- Proven success in building AI agents using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce API/Object model and ability to master new platforms.
- Advanced skills in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and managing OAuth flows.
- Willingness to work primarily in-office in Bangalore.
