Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of AI solutions.
- Design and implement scalable production systems with AI and LLM technologies.
- Build custom intelligent agents using the Elastic Agent Builder platform.
- Manage the full data lifecycle, ensuring data optimization and security.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges across solution delivery phases.
- Lead the development of custom intelligent agents and automate business processes.
- Embed with client teams to understand operational challenges and goals.
- Perform debugging and root cause analysis for complex system interactions.
- Rapidly develop proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products.
- Promote engineering best practices for code quality and maintainability.
Requirements
- Experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for scalable production solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Extensive experience with AI/LLM technologies and integration frameworks.
- Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, and analytics.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for technical and non-technical partners.
- Track record of leading technical engagements and mentoring junior team members.
