Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of LLM-powered features for OneChat and enterprise AI tools.
Partner with product managers and designers to translate user problems into AI-powered solutions.
Architect and build production-ready AI/ML-integrated systems ensuring scalability and reliability.
Develop agentic AI capabilities including multi-step reasoning and context-aware decision-making.
Implement evaluation pipelines to measure model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.
Own production AI systems end-to-end, including deployment strategies and incident response.
Collaborate with the DevAI team on SDK integrations and model context protocol implementations.
Mentor engineers through design reviews and pair programming sessions.
Stay current with the GenAI landscape and evaluate new models for application.
Balance hands-on technical contributions with leadership activities.

8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production AI/ML systems.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (TypeScript, Go, or Java).
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
Proficiency with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience building and deploying production ML systems at scale.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines.
Expertise in backend and distributed systems, including API design and cloud infrastructure.
Track record of shipping AI-powered products from prototype to production.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Excellent communication skills to distill complex technical concepts.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
