Responsibilities
- Lead and define architecture, data, and cloud strategy for the largest client accounts.
- Align customer strategic objectives with the Celonis technical strategy and engage customer C-level, architecture, and security stakeholders.
- Bridge Celonis product and engineering teams with client teams to provide technical services and resolve adoption blockers.
- Assess the maturity of customer IT landscapes and participate in pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Coach Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, scalability, and implementation issues.
- Create reusable consulting assets, customer-facing position papers, thought leadership presentations, technical designs, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- 15–25 years of relevant experience as a software vendor architect, consulting CTO, or customer-side enterprise architect.
- Strong background in data architecture, integration patterns, and development using data-related languages such as SQL and Python.
- Strong technical background in system integrations, data operations, automation, cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions, cybersecurity fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
- MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification in an IT-related field.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and creative communication skills, with the ability to explain architecture and create or assemble technical demonstrations.
- Fluency in English; Spanish, French, or Italian is advantageous.
- Preferred certifications or experience include Celonis, OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines, AWS/Azure/GCP, ESB/ETL tools, and TOGAF/Zachmann.
- Experience in at least two relevant business domains and two listed industries is preferred.
