Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Define and track quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness.
- Oversee test execution and defect management and resolution.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and team efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders on quality objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics.
- Skill in defect management and resolution processes.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
