Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, test cases, and functional specification analyses to define testing scope, risks, prerequisites, and criteria.
- Perform automated, manual, functional, and system testing and document test processes and results.
- Drive test strategy and test automation initiatives.
- Develop load, performance, and stress testing plans.
- Record and report test execution results and escalate or mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with developers and business system analysts to analyze and resolve defects.
- Resolve production queries independently and provide guidance, support, and coaching to junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience with Java, Selenium, API testing, RESTful services, test automation frameworks, CI/CD tools, and version control such as Git.
- Ability to analyze requirements, create test cases, conduct testing, document results, and identify defects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in international teams.
- Mobile testing experience is preferred.
- AccelQ knowledge or experience is preferred.
