Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured innovation sessions to identify high-impact AI and GenAI opportunities.
- Design and develop low-fidelity through functional prototypes to validate concepts and collect user feedback.
- Evaluate emerging AI, GenAI, LLM, and automation technologies for relevance and feasibility.
- Create scalable technical approaches for moving proofs of concept toward Phase 2 pilots.
- Develop narratives, visualizations, slide decks, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, business, platform, and research teams to translate ideas into testable solutions.
- Track and prioritize innovation initiatives based on business alignment, feasibility, and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, design, innovation, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Professional experience in innovation, solution architecture, or product development involving AI, ML, or GenAI.
- Strong familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, LLM agents, MCP, A2A, and related tools, frameworks, or protocols.
- Experience building rapid prototypes with no-code or low-code tools or scripting such as Python, NodeJS, Streamlit, ADK, or LangGraph.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or GCP and ML platforms such as Vertex AI or Bedrock.
- Experience with design thinking, lean startup, agile prototyping, innovation labs, hackathons, or design sprints.
- Strong storytelling, presentation development, visual communication, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with innovation frameworks including Design Thinking, Innovation Funnel, Jobs-To-Be-Done, and Business Model Canvas.
