Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, document, and integrate custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build frontend and backend components for scalable full-stack applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants to accelerate development and delivery.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply software engineering best practices to deliver robust, high-performing solutions without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on system integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
