Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Customize and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to align software development with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Experience customizing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
