Responsibilities

Analyze business models, user needs, and hypotheses and translate findings into product roadmaps and product-related backlogs.
Develop maintainable software using established architecture principles and modern patterns.
Use AI tools to build prototypes and MVPs, automate testing, and deploy solutions securely.
Monitor AI decisions, quality, requirements compliance, costs, API limits, system performance, and production observability.
Develop AI agents, orchestrate their collaboration, automate workflows, and connect enterprise data through established frameworks.

Passion for technology and building products that delight users.
Solid knowledge of modern software development.
Interest in continuous professional development and rapidly changing technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to understand users and stakeholders and approach technical solutions from a product perspective.
Willingness to learn AI development and agentic workflows and take on technical and product-strategic responsibility.
German language proficiency at approximately B2 level is recommended.

Three-month remote/online training program to become an AI Software Engineer.
