Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, train, operationalize, deploy, and maintain production AI/ML models and solutions.
- Apply machine learning techniques to support retrieval-augmented generation capabilities.
- Design, implement, and maintain data architecture and services for AI/ML systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy containerized AI/ML solutions in classified AWS cloud environments at IL6 or higher.
- Maintain models through user stories and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, including optimization and evaluation of alternatives.
- Provide architectural leadership, technical support, and advisement for secure system integration.
- Analyze program and system data to automate and optimize manual processes.
- Present technical results and findings to diverse audiences in presentations or reports.
Requirements
- Minimum six years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
- Extensive experience using open-source models or providing comparable analysis and justification for proprietary models.
- Expert experience with at least two of generative AI/LLMs, NLP, RAG, and neural networks.
- At least six years of experience with at least two of Python, R, Anaconda, NumPy, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, and PostgreSQL.
- At least six years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining AI/ML data architecture and services.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying containerized AI/ML solutions.
- Ability to perform data analytics and optimize or automate processes.
