Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to assess performance and identify new patterns.
- Build, train, operationalize, optimize, and maintain AI/ML models in production.
- Apply machine learning techniques to immigration-related datasets.
- Present analytical results to diverse audiences through presentations or reports.
- Design, implement, and maintain data architecture and services for AI/ML applications.
- Deploy and maintain AI/ML models through user stories and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, develop, and deploy containerized AI/ML solutions in classified AWS cloud environments at IL6+.
- Support architectural leadership, technical support, and advisement for identity management system integration and security requirements.
- Provide security architecture subject matter expertise and support leadership engaging with senior executives at a public-facing federal agency.
- Assess program and system performance and automate or optimize manual processes using methods and algorithms.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Active TS/SCI CI clearance.
- Extensive experience using open-source models where possible, or analyzing and justifying the use of proprietary models.
- Expert experience with at least two of Generative AI/LLMs, NLP, RAG, and neural networks.
- At least 8 years of experience with at least two of Python, R, Anaconda, NumPy, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, and PostgreSQL.
- At least 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture and services for AI/ML.
- Expert experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions into classified AWS cloud environments at IL6+.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying containerized AI/ML solutions.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week for the duration of the role.
