Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise identity and security solutions from discovery through deployment and optimization.
- Develop innovative solutions for identity, access, and security challenges.
- Influence architecture decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and fit for purpose.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring across engineering teams.
- Champion DevSecOps through automation, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement through engineering standards, governance, and modern delivery practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise technology solutions across architecture, software engineering, implementation, and optimization.
- Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong DevSecOps mindset with experience embedding security, quality, automation, and operational ownership into engineering.
- Experience designing and delivering cloud-native solutions, particularly on AWS.
- Ability to influence technical direction and engage effectively with engineering and business stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring others and fostering continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.
- Experience with several of Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, Snyk, SonarQube, Octopus, Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes is helpful.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models is highly regarded.
