Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end applications covering data ingestion, backend services, APIs, and user-facing products.
  • Build scalable, production-ready software and own assigned workstreams from prototyping through production deployment and support.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including LLM applications, agentic workflows, and automation tools.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, semantic models, and supporting data assets.
  • Integrate systems through APIs and enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Sales teams to deliver business solutions.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical consulting.
  • Experience building full-stack applications with backend, API, and frontend exposure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL, including SQL Server/T-SQL, and backend development using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with authentication concepts, Git-based development, code reviews, and branching strategies.
  • Exposure to integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or Anthropic, including RAG, agent-based solutions, and structured AI workflows.
  • Preferred experience with React, TypeScript, advanced Power BI, data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, ETL/ELT, and SQL Server-based data engineering.
  • Preferred experience with Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, CI/CD deployment pipelines, Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, MLOps, model deployment, or monitoring.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, learning, problem-solving, and business-to-technical translation skills.

Benefits

  • Potential annualized base pay is zł142,100.00 to zł263,800.00; incentive plans, bonuses, and health and welfare benefits may also be offered.
