Responsibilities
- Identify, analyse, and prioritise security, governance, risk, and compliance processes for automation and AI enablement.
- Design, build, maintain, and optimise automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for customer security questionnaires, audit requests, control assessments, evidence collection, and compliance reporting.
- Integrate Jira, GRC platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Confluence, security tools, and other enterprise systems.
- Build APIs, connectors, and data pipelines for automated information exchange across platforms.
- Automate evidence collection, control monitoring, workflow approvals, notifications, and reporting.
- Develop dashboards and management reporting to measure operational efficiency, control effectiveness, and automation benefits.
- Embed security, privacy, governance, and quality controls into AI and automation solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, provide technical guidance to security teams, and deliver knowledge transfer on automation and AI best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, technology teams, and vendors from concept through production deployment, and own ongoing support and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in Security Automation, Software Engineering, AI Engineering, DevSecOps, Security Operations, or related technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong experience integrating enterprise platforms through APIs, webhooks, and modern integration technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell scripting for automation and orchestration.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
- Experience with Jira and its integration with business or security systems.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources, knowledge repositories, and document management platforms.
- English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph, GRC platforms, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, enterprise AI governance, Power BI, SQL, Dataverse, data analytics platforms, and relevant Microsoft, Azure, Security, or AI certifications.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, NIS2, DORA, and related security or regulatory frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and international enterprise environments is preferred.
