Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and automation solutions.
- Prototype AI use cases and convert them into production-ready applications.
- Write production-grade Python code and build deployable AI services, APIs, and integrations.
- Integrate AI models into ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems and workflows.
- Build reusable components, integration patterns, and shared services.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, scalability, architecture, responsible AI, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with AI, data, and automation teams across the organization.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks and contribute to technical standards, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or AI-enabled system integration.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs.
- Understanding of data pipelines, orchestration, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure; AWS or GCP experience is a plus.
- Ability to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from concept through deployment.
- Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles.
- Familiarity with AI lifecycle management and MLOps practices.
- Experience with Power Platform or RPA is a plus.
