Responsibilities
- Design, build, optimize, deploy, and operate high-performance backend systems and microservices.
- Develop services in Kotlin and/or Python for Allegro Translations and continuous localization systems.
- Migrate and optimize MongoDB databases for large-scale datasets.
- Connect and orchestrate AI services to execute complex business logic.
- Analyze complex technical implementations and translate business requirements into actionable system architectures.
- Contribute to technical vision and build new projects from the ground up.
- Own services throughout their lifecycle under a you-build-it-you-run-it model.
Requirements
- Professional experience building robust backend systems with Kotlin and/or Python.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, including database migration and performance optimization for large-scale datasets.
- Hands-on experience connecting and orchestrating AI services.
- Interest in AI and technical innovation.
- Ability to analyze complex solutions and define clear system architectures.
- English proficiency of at least B2 level.
