Responsibilities
- Design, build, integrate, and deploy LLM and traditional machine-learning solutions from proof of concept to production.
- Implement fine-tuning, RAG, ML pipelines, prompt engineering, embeddings, and model integrations.
- Deploy, serve, monitor, evaluate, and maintain production models using MLOps practices.
- Perform feature engineering, data-quality work, dataset preparation, supervised and unsupervised learning, and model validation.
- Work with SQL, cloud platforms, and on-premises infrastructure while independently delivering tasks within a defined solution architecture.
Requirements
- Experience with Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of LLM technologies including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases such as Qdrant and pgvector.
- Knowledge of traditional supervised and unsupervised machine learning, evaluation, and validation.
- Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, and model-serving tools such as vLLM and Triton.
- SQL and experience with cloud platforms and/or on-premises infrastructure.
- English and Polish language proficiency.
