Responsibilities
- Build and publish integrations for coding-agent environments using the existing Zyte MCP server.
- Design, build, and release the Zyte CLI for PyPI and npm.
- Develop packages and tools for developer frameworks, agent SDKs, and browser automation tools.
- Build recurring data-delivery integrations for AWS, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Snowflake, and other customer platforms.
- Evaluate and prototype integrations for automation and app-building platforms.
- Estimate integration feasibility, effort, dependencies, and maintenance needs.
- Add adoption and usage tracking for integrations and report tracking gaps.
- Write setup guides, examples, and documentation for developers and coding agents.
- Prepare partner-directory, registry, and marketplace submissions and respond to review feedback.
- Maintain live integrations, including issue fixes, releases, versioning, and compatibility updates.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, SaaS, and Platform teams on launches, community support, and product stability.
- Participate in code reviews, planning, and squad routines.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills and solid TypeScript/Node.js skills.
- Experience building SDKs, client libraries, CLIs, plugins, or third-party integrations used by external developers.
- Hands-on experience with coding agents and AI tooling, plus familiarity with MCP or similar tool-calling interfaces.
- Experience publishing and maintaining packages through PyPI and npm, including versioning, tests, CI/CD, and releases.
- Working knowledge of APIs and authentication, including secure credential handling.
- Outcome-focused approach using developer adoption and usage data to guide improvements.
- Clear written English and willingness to make documentation and examples a core part of the work.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage scoping in a new squad.
- Experience in a distributed, remote-first team is preferred.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent SDKs is preferred.
- Experience with AWS or GCP data services such as S3, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery, or with Snowflake, is preferred.
- Familiarity with web scraping, Scrapy, or browser automation using Playwright or Selenium is preferred.
- Open-source maintenance or Developer Relations experience is preferred.
