Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions that automate Customer Support processes.
- Develop the technical architecture of the Support ecosystem, including CRM, integrations, and internal tools.
- Build automations using APIs, webhooks, scripts, AI, and no-code/low-code tools.
- Diagnose technical incidents and debugging issues, implementing long-term solutions instead of temporary fixes.
- Act as a technical partner to Support, Product, and Engineering by translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Assess legacy solutions and determine what should be optimized, automated, or fully rethought.
- Maintain the stability of critical Support systems while implementing changes quickly.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python for process automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and debug systems in practice.
- Ability to identify connections between processes, tools, and business needs and proactively propose solutions.
- Ability to own tasks from initial idea through final result and take responsibility for outcomes within your area of expertise.
- Comfort working with complex and ambiguous tasks.
- AI is already part of your working practice, with critical and conscious use of AI tools expected.
