Responsibilities
- Develop and improve Python backend services for an internal analytics platform.
- Build analytics tools, admin interfaces, and services for data engineers.
- Integrate LLMs with databases, APIs, and analytics interfaces.
- Help develop AI agents for data analysis, Text2SQL, and routine-task automation.
- Work on frontend features using React.
- Design APIs and system integrations and participate in architecture and technical solution decisions.
- Adapt open-source solutions, write tests, and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of commercial Python backend development experience.
- Experience with React or willingness to learn it quickly.
- Experience building backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of application architecture, design principles, and common development patterns.
- Interest in LLMs and AI agents, including basic understanding of language-model principles.
- Active use of AI tools in development and ability to critically evaluate their results.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems in a structured way, and learn existing codebases and new technologies.
- Preferred experience integrating LLMs through APIs or using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Preferred familiarity with pgvector, ChromaDB, Qdrant, ClickHouse, Greenplum, Vertica, Ozone S3, Docker, CI/CD, and service monitoring tools.
- Preferred experience building admin interfaces, internal tools, BI solutions, analytics dashboards, or extending open-source solutions.
- Conversational English proficiency at B1 level or above.
